Vegan Raspberry Pancakes

When weekends call for pancakes!

Try my healthy pancake recipe if you want to up your breakfast game on the weekends 🙂

Ingredients

-1/2 Cups Oats

-1 Banana

-1 Cup of Almond Milk

-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

-1 Tsp of Baking Powder

-Coconut Oil

How to:

Firstly add the oats to a food processor and blitz until a flour is made.

Mash the Banana with the Almond milk and add to the oat flour.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until he pancake batter is formed.

Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan. Use an ice cream scooper to get equal amount of batter and place in the pan.

Cook for 2 minute in each side flipping in between.

Stack the pancakes and add your favourite toppings – I added Nush plain almond yoghurt (@nushfoods)  Raspberries, Flaked Almonds, Pecans and melted Dark Chocolate.
