Chocolate and Pistachio Madeleine’s

 

-1 Cup Ground Almonds

-1 Cup Buckwheat Flour

-3 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)

-1/2 cup Almond Milk

-Juice of 1 Lemon

-1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup

-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

-1 Tsp Baking Powder

-1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

How to:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Mix the melted Coconut Oil with Almond Milk, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, and Lemon Juice.

Once combined add the Grounded Almonds Buckwheat Flour, Backing Powder and  Baking Soda and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased madeleine tin (grease with coconut oil)

Bake in oven for around 15 minutes until golden brown.

When the Madeleine’s are completely cool decorated with melted dark chocolate and chopped pistachios.

Leave the toppings to set and enjoy 😊
