Happy Easter weekend everyone. Just in time for tomorrow heres a yummy recipe to get all the family involved with my Chocolate Easter Egg Baskets
-2 Cups of Brown Rice Puffs
-3 Tbsp Cacao
-3 Tbsp our Maple Syrup
-4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
-2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Almond Cheese Frosting:
-2 Tubs of (@Nushfoods) Almond Cheese Spread
-3 Tbsp of Pure Maple Syrup
Melt the Coconut Oil and Maple Syrup together over a low heat and add the Cacao Powder and stir until well combined.
Cover the Brown Rice Puffs with the Chocolate Sauce and add the Peanut Butter and stir well.
Spoon out into individual cupcake cases and set in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile whisk the Nush Almond Cheese and Maple Syrup in a bowl until well combine and the mixture is thick and fluffy.
Transfer the almond cheese frosting into a piping bag and when the chocolate baskets are set pipe a layer of frosting and then decorate with chocolate eggs.
