Baked Oats

Literally The BEST breakfast for prepping.


-2 cups of Oats

-1 Mashed Banana

-1 cup Almond Milk

-1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

-1 Tsp of Cinnamon

-1/2 cup crushed Pecans

-3 Tbsp of Desiccated Coconut


– Almond Yoghurt



-Desiccated Coconut

How to:

Pre heat the oven at 180

In a large bowl mash the Banana and add the Almond Milk.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Transfer the mixture into an over proof baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Take out of the oven  and topped with your favourite toppings (mine are listed in the ingredients !
