Mint Chocolate Fudge


-1/2 cup Coconut Oil

-3/4 cup Cocoa Powder

-3/4 cup Cashew Butter

-1/2 cup Maple Syrup

-1 tsp Peppermint Extract

-Pinch of Salt

-Mint Leaves and Raw Cocoa Nibs to decorate.

How to:

Melt the Coconut Oil,  Cashew Butter and Maple Syrup together in a pan.

Then add the Cocoa Powder and Peppermint Extract and a pinch of salt and mix until all combined and smooth.

Pour the mixture in a baking tin and pop in the fridge for 2 hours.

Cut into slices and Enjoy 🙂

(Store in the fridge)
