Raw Cake Pop
200g Dates (Pitted)
4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
Decorate:
1 8g Bar Nomo Dark Chocolate
9 Pretzels
18 Decorative Edible Eyes
9 Cranberries
You will also need cake pop sticks.
How To:
Simple add all of the raw cake pop ingredients into a food processor and blitz until all combine.
Roll the mixture into evenly shaped balls (these measurements make 9).
Set in the fridge for 1 hour until they harden.
Once firm press the each ball down on a cake pop stick.
Melt the Nomo Dark Chocolate and carefully dip each cake pop into the chocolate to coat.
Whilst the chocolate is still sticky decorate with pretzel antlers by gently breaking the pretzel in half and pressing them in the top of the cake pop. Stick the edible eyes on then the cranberry nose by cutting a cranberry in half.
Stand in a glass jar and enjoy on Christmas Day 🙂
