2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup White Chocolate (chopped) – I used Seed and Bean
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Pinch of Salt
Line an square baking tin with baking paper.
Combine oats, cranberries, chopped white chocolate, and salt.in a large bowl.
In a small pan on low heat, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil, stirring until smooth and melted together.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the baking tin and press down firmly.
Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
Cut into bars and and decorate with melted white chocolate and Enjoy!
(Makes 8, Store in the fridge)
