Ingredients:
1 cup Hazelnuts
1 tin Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Dates (pitted)
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Decorate with chopped dark chocolate and hazlenuts
How to:
Soak the hazelnuts in water overnight, and place the coconut milk in the fridge upside down.
Open the coconut milk and spoon out the solid parts and place then in blender.
Place everything else apart from the toppings into a blender.
Blend for a few minutes until all the mixture is smooth.
Pour into ramekins and chill overnight.
Decorate with chocolate, hazelnuts an enjoy 🙂
