Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Cashews
1/3 Cup Pistachios
1/3 Cup Pecans
1/3 Cup Granola
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Dates
3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
3/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
How To:
Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
Place the dates in a bowl and pour boiling water over them, leaving them to soak for about 10 minutes.
Add the drained dates to your food processor with the melted coconut oil and cacao powder. Blend until smooth then transfer to a mixing bowl.
Pour in the granola, dried cranberries and nuts and mix well. (my granola is home made and I will post the recipe soon)
Press the mixture into a baking tin put in the freezer to set.
When set, cut into pieces and enjoy 🙂
(Store in the fridge)
