1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/4 cup Vegan Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Tahini
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1 ‘No egg’ Replacer
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Dark Chocolate (Chopped)
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
Place the vegan butter, tahini, and coconut sugar in a large bowl and with an electric whisk beat until fluffy.
Prepare the ‘No egg’ replacer s instructed and add to the mixture along with the Add in salt and vanilla extract and beat until combine.
Then add the buckwheat flour and baking powder and stir until all combined.
Finally add the dark chocolate pieces and mix so they are evenly disbursed.
Pour the batter into the baking tin, spreading it out evenly.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven, leave to completely cool and Enjoy 🙂
NB: when you first take them out of the oven they will feel under baked when you touch them but when the cool they will have a chewy texture 🙂
