Peanut Butter Cups



-1 cup Coconut Oil
-4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

-2Tbsp Date Syrup

-Peanut Butter(you can use as much/less you want really)

-Flaked Almonds (to decorate)
How to:
Line your cupcake tray with 8 cupcake cases

Combine the Coconut Oil, Cocoa Powder and Date Syrup in a pan over a medium heat so they combine to make the Chocolate sauce.

Place a spoonful of the Chocolate sauce in each cupcake case and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Take out if the freezer and put a spoonful of Peanut Butter on top, freeze for a further 15.

Sprinkle with flaked almonds, then add the final layer of Chocolate and freeze for a further 10 minutes.

Take them out of the freezer take the outside case off and enjoy 😋
