2 cups oats
1/2 cup dedicated coconut
1 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup Dates
1/3 cup maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line a square tin with baking paper.
Soak the dates by covering them with hot water.
Melt the coconut oil and add maple syrup.
Drain the dates and then all them the the maple syrup mixture and stir until they are all incorporated.
Stir in the oats and coconut and mix thoroughly.
Press the mixture firmly down in the baking tin
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Leave the flapjack to cool then cut it into squares.
