-4 Tbsp Coconut Butter
-3 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or natural sweetner of choice)
-2 cups Ground Almonds
-3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
-1 Cup Dark Chocolate (melted)
-1/2 Cup Pecans (chopped)
In a mixing bowl, mix together your coconut butter and agave nectar.
Add the dry ingredients and mix again together until combined and a dough is formed.
Place the dough in between two pieces of baking paper and roll it out flat.
Place in the feezer and freeze for 15 minutes or until firm.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Remove the top layer of baking paper and use christmas biscuit cutters to cut into the dough.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Take the biscuits out of the oven and leave to cool completely drizzling the melted chocolate over.
Sprinkle with shopped nuts and Enjoy 🙂
