Chocolate and Peanut Cookies


1 1/2 Cups Ground Almonds

3 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Chopped Chocolate

1/2 Peanuts

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

How To:

Pre heat the oven at 180 Degrees and live a baking tray with baking paper.

Melt the coconut oil over a low heat and stir thought the maple syrup and peanut butter.

Add the rest of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and pour over the peanut butter mixture, stir until all combine and a dough is formed.

Diving the mixture into equal cookies balls and press down gently (mixture makes 9)

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Leave to cool and enjoy 🙂
